You are required to wear a mask when entering any health practice, that is for everyone over the age of 11 years old unless exempt.
From Tuesday 3rd May 2022 we will be using the front door for entry to the practice. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that they have booked themselves in on the self-booking in system by the front door.
Prescription request should still be put in the post box at the back door which is there 7 days a week 24 hours a day to use. This is to reduce footfall in the building.
